I love Revain and the seller Tonve Kevin. The product is excellent. Assembly was easy. I believe in the booster but it didn't work for us just because it turned out we just didn't have a good AT&T signal so we went back to Sprint. But what upset me the most was that I was completely stressed about the return because it's not the same as going into a store and contacting customer service. I have never sent anything back. Dude, Revane or Tonwe Kevin, whoever answered made it so easy I'm not afraid to give back anymore. I'm usually happy with all my purchases, but this time I had to send it back. Basically it's nobody's fault. I drove just a mile to my UPS store. The girl took the goods. I gave her the barcode Revane sent me. She scanned it. I left. I didn't have to worry about packing the amp. They said it would take X days to get the loan or refund, but it took me less than 24 hours. I was surprised. So happy with Revain and the seller and the product was good quality but unfortunately not suitable for me in the area I live.
