Although smaller than I thought (114mm / 4.51in) it does the job well and looks nice. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5:1. Copper is very soft. When I first opened the package it looked like it was plated so I did a quick peel test with a sharp blade. It was almost zero effort scraping the copper off. a small strip from handle 2. There is a hairline crack on my wooden handle (see photo) which is probably due to too much force being used to push the spoon shaft. prevents further splitting of the wood when exposed to heat. As long as you don't toss it in a box with other items or drop it too often, it should be strong enough for everyday use, although I'd recommend checking the handle when you get it CA glue, wood glue can help too , to fill gaps. Excess can be wiped off with a damp cloth before drying.
