We love this jacket! The sleeves are long but we roll them up which is great as it gives my girl room to grow. The cotton lining is soft but not too hot, and the outer waterproof layer feels buttery soft too. The mermaid and seahorse pics always get compliments — the last time my daughter wore this was when we visited the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, at least four adult women independently said they would like one her size had. !
