Everything worked fine except that you can use the DVD in the back and listen to music in the front. Everything will play if you don't use the navigation and don't allow the use of IR. It's really annoying because it's very important that kids use their movie headphones while we listen to our music. The installation instructions are very vague and the customer support is ZERO so beware the buyer. False advertising at its finest! Now that I've spent hours plugging it in, I'm having a hard time sending it back.
