Update: It tends to get a little clogged towards the end of the pipe so you'll need to clean it out about halfway through. I removed the front panel and found things easier. It might not look as good without it, but it works much better. Sometimes the simplest things are the best. It seems like a very basic device but it does the job you might expect. Definitely saves the hassle of finding and squeezing the hose and costs way more than it's worth. I use the Braun Double Round Brush (https://amzn.to/2ZZUdjm) and it's perfect. I suspect there might be too much paste for a normal single round (if you press all the way down), but that's fine for "normal" sized brushes and probably works for smaller ones too, pasting part of the path. The first few times you'll need a little practice to get it right. The tube just sits on top of the hole but seems secure although it doesn't "snap" into place. I have four bathrooms and I will buy (at least) one for each.
