Useless installation instructions or application notes
Looking for a replacement windscreen wiper for my camper van, this fitted the length needed and the fact that there were universal adapters available for multiple installations. However, there are not enough instructions on how to install the adapters or what wiper arm construction they fit on. The small graphics on the box are completely useless. They will be returned and Hella will be the last brand I will consider in the future.
