Returned the bracket. At this point, amazon worked well. The return procedure is certainly not the easiest, but it is described clearly and there were no failures. Full refund time was less than 2 weeks. Now the emotions have subsided and I raised the rating to 3 stars. All the same, the monitor itself is partly to blame for my problem. Manufacturers simply indicate a certain average weight as an allowable load, taking into account that it will be distributed evenly throughout the product. If the VESA mount is not centered, then the load will be greater. In general, in this case, do not make my mistakes and then take a bracket with a 2-3-fold margin (now I have NB F425 and everything is ok with it)

- The main drawback is that it does not meet the declared parameters. Required to hold weight up to 8 kg. But in fact, the HP Pavilion QHD 32 monitor weighing 5.5 kg refused to hold it - it immediately falls into a minimal slope. There is such a design that it is not clear how it is generally able to hold such a weight. While I hung my old 24 monitor weighing less than 4 kg on it - this one still holds, but on the verge. As a result, I threw money away + holes in the wall and a few hours for installation. Mounting it is also inconvenient - the gas lift constantly snaps into extreme positions even at maximum weakening. Here is a set of fasteners is not bad - there is everything for all cases.
