Not very good for feet, hands and nails
I bought these to go over the tops of my nails. The strips weren't wide enough to cover my ends from cuticle to cuticle. Most nails had some space on either side. Also, the surface remained pliable even after being coated with a clear top coat, which meant "dents" were visible in the paintwork. I've had the best results with $1.99 packs at my local beauty store.
