Failed Too Quickly: Rough Plumbing

I bought this from Revain to replace the exact same thing. The original failed after two years. The new one broke after two weeks. Both failures were due to a leak where it is held together by four bolts. The seal must fail or the plastic is too thin and fragile. It is better to use ready-made plumbing and create your own device to replace them. This is what I did and it works fine.
