This works great on my 2006 Nissan Altima while keeping all the original parts; As the packaging and manual warn, you must have a radio with a satellite button. The manual was a little confusing, but after careful reading and a little experimentation, it worked for me. I managed to hide the main drawer between the radio and the glove box. It only has a USB port for charging, in one difficult spot like this I installed a USB extension cable and placed it in the area behind the console door, under the radio. With the help of a USB extension cable, I can charge any device using my own cable. It comes with a microphone for hands-free calls, which I don't use. The instructions for switching to Bluetooth are confusing, I had to repeat the process several times in a row. Since he's hands-free, he's trying to take the call on my iPhone, so I have to specifically tell him I want to use my phone.
