I worked at a previous job where we used several different CRM systems from Salesforce etc., but they were all fairly limited in terms of advanced analytics functions (we tried PowerBI).
We did not have any way to track customer relationships or use predictive data analysis so this was very helpful! Very easy implementation into our existing system - it just requires some minor configuration once installed; however there wasn't much training provided which could be improved upon by our Support team. It's hard to pick one thing as most of what makes us successful using these types products comes down to customizing them how you need rather than having predefined features/settings out of box without needing support resources / knowledge on your side. Tracking historical relationship metrics across multiple clients has been key part about analyzing engagement levels within teams/organizations to drive performance improvements internally.
