I thought twice before buying this because it was a stock offer but I'm glad I did. It had slightly bent hinges, but I fixed it in seconds with a wrench. I saved a few bucks compared to new. Better than new. I grill and compete, these carriers are the best for holding and transporting hot pans. I also use them to keep meat warm until the time is right. Easy to clean, simply slide the door off the hinges and wash with mild soap and water. I've used a regular cooler for hot food in the past, they work but they also warp with heat and ruin a good cooler you should be using for cold purposes. These things absorb heat and hold their shape. It is designed to keep hot trays warm and to make catering work easier.
