Does this lotion moisturize? Yes, like any other lotion I think. Does it stop itchy skin? no I had to use a product containing lidocaine shortly after using your lotion on a dry foot area caused by venous congestion. I bought this as I was having a reaction to another brand of anti itch lotion that contained pramoxine hydrochloride. Pramoxin is known to stop itching. They also tout the presence of ceramides, which help restore the moisture barrier. Ceramides are 13th, 14th and 15th on the ingredients list. There is nothing in your lotion that can help to stop itchy skin. The Advanced Ceramide Complex, which you list 4 times on your bottle, is numbered 29, 30, and 32 on the ingredients list. In fact, Ceramide EOP comes last, meaning your lotion has less of this ingredient than anything else. I don't know how you can even claim that this lotion contains "Advanced Ceramide Complex" when there is less than one drop in the whole bottle! I get better results with Medline Remedy, which is free in my plan.
