This chair is incredibly comfortable. I gave 5 stars throughout. Except in the product itself. It's been in my daughter's room for almost two weeks and ever since her room has had this acidic bad foot odor. I had her clean the room several times trying to find the smell only for her to say "hey dad I think it's a cooler bag" smelled nice and natural enough. The bag smells like old sports socks. I removed the lid, washed but to no avail because the problem is in the foam they sent in the bag. After opening this part the smell got stronger and I'm afraid there really isn't anything that can be done about it. You have to throw away the whole chair because once the foam has expanded, it cannot be returned. And there doesn't seem to be a way to get the smell out of the foam.
