Stopped working after a month
I've had it for less than 2 months, I've been using it every day since it came out and I really like how it relieves tension in the neck and shoulders. Not used for a week, unplugged. I plugged it in yesterday and wanted to use it today and it's red instead of blue and it doesn't work. I am very dissatisfied with the product, very dissatisfied. I paid over $50. I should have gotten a massage instead. I can't stand it when people sell junk stuff on Revain. Revain needs to better protect the products it allows sellers to sell on its site. I want my money back!
