This screen was great. This is a great size for a huge living room or small hall, great size for a small crowd. Watching movies while dropping in the middle feels almost like royalty. I was concerned by some of the other reviews, but no ripple or waviness issues here. I can say that it's not perfect with side light, but it's not noticeable at all when watching a movie as the projector light comes from the front. My projector is even slightly crooked, and there are no noticeable irregularities in the picture, and things like that annoy me, like watching movies in the backyard on crumpled sheets. I'm really glad I didn't spend a fortune on a sprawling tabbed screen and flaunted a huge chunky fixed screen. I was considering a dedicated gray screen, but after testing the projector on some gray and white surfaces, I'm glad I got the default white because it looks better in the dark (gray probably looks better if you're using that have to leave the light on). I think the ambient light diffusion could be a bit better if I painted the ceiling and walls black, but it still looks good. Impressive. The pulling and locking mechanism is reliable. I had to hook on a stick to pull down the handle which hangs straight down and is easy to grab. I used U-bolts from the hardware store for assembly. I had to bend the screws inward in a vise (cut nuts on the U-bolt to protect the threads while extruding the U-shape) to fit the mount on the screen. Shipping was very cheap. that such a large object is delivered by an independent transport company.
