The comb is not strong and has rough tips.
The combs aren't terrible, but the plastic is flimsy and the ends of the teeth are rough. The old comb I replaced was much stronger and the ends of the teeth were smooth to avoid scratching the scalp. This comb was made by Wilhold, which is no longer commercially available.
