Lasts forever and won't fit
I assume they will work fine on some bikes but my Triumph Tiger has a rubber bumper on the derailleur which I was hoping to hide as the rubber ages and starts to mark some of my boots. They seem designed to slide over a much smaller switch, maybe 1-1.5 centimeters. They were too cheap to send back.
