Had none of the problems mentioned in other reviews. My experience was exactly the same as with a genuine HP product. They cost less than 1/4 the price of a "real McCoy" but work great. The printer gave an indication that this was not an HP cartridge, but that was it. The software detects the toner level in these cartridges, and the printer doesn't make any noise either. I noticed that there is a complaint in one of the other reviews that the photos are not that glossy. I don't actually print photos, so I can't tell if that's true or not, but I do know that color laser jets aren't the kind of device that can be used to create glossy heirloom prints. To do this, you need a high-quality inkjet printer and photo paper. Or you can send them in batches to finish, which I think most people do these days. These are my favorite cartridges for my HP color laser (which is AWESOME by the way).
