Sportbit claims to be the best place to buy all of your outdoor and sports equipment online. Don't be deceived by the flashy advertising, though; the site itself is disappointing. While they do have a very extensive array of equipment and accessories, the quality leaves much to be desired. The costs are ridiculous, and I won't even go there. Although they advertise low prices, you'd be better off going elsewhere if you're looking for true value. The customer service at Sportbit is perhaps the biggest letdown. Good luck getting in touch with anyone who can help you if there are problems with your order. It's as though they're going out of their way to avoid you. Take a chance on Sportbit if you want to waste your time and money. But if you care about getting great goods and helpful service, you should go elsewhere.
