Out of the box issue: For some reason this device doesn't support the HBO Max, Prime Videe or Disney+ apps for Android. I can download and install apps from the Google Play Store, but none connect. I can surf the web and Youtube works BUT these apps crash and don't even get to the entry point to their respective services. This defeats the purpose and necessity of this tablet. Update about 10 minutes after posting my original review after playing around with the tablet for 2 hours. Okay - got them working but not sure if that fixed the issue and it is NOT covered on the net. After completing these tasks, they all connected and allowed me to log in.1. Make sure you leave network time settings enabled. Turn them back on if you turned them off. (In the settings area where you set the time zone.) - I think it affects the regional settings, but I have no proof.2. Launch Google Play and let it run in the background for about 10 minutes.3. Connect the power adapter.4. Disable autocorrect on the default GBoard keyboard. (This was an attempt to auto-correct and suggest my passwords). Apps reconnected. Haven't posted any more videos on youtube yet. The problem is not my internet connection as I can connect from other devices.
