Very poor maintenance

The device worked immediately during the day. After installing the system, I noticed a problem with a camera at night. Submitted a ticket through the Swann Service Department. They wanted a lot of information and photos. I provided this data last week. Now they refuse to answer my emails and the phone calls take so long. I would not buy this product or any other Swann product.
