Too bad that the headphones stopped turning on after about 8 uses when taken out of the charging case. I really want it. The sound quality was above average for such a cheap product. I took great care to ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds were dry from sweat or moisture before replacing them in the charging case. Now I have to wait and see if JLABS honors its warranty. I will report my experience with their customer support. Update: contacted customer support. Explained the problem. I was told it looks like a hardware issue and I need to file a warranty claim 😣. Had to pay to send them back with no real guarantee that they would stand behind a product that failed within the first month. Will update when I'm here from JLab. Update: It took a few phone calls but I was finally able to get JLabs to give me a code so I could go to their website and order a new pair. Disappointing that I bought the Revain originals with free 2 day shipping because I'm a Prime member. If I want them faster than a week to ten days I have to spend extra money on Ups. Not happy with that. Update: JLabs sent out new headphones at their own expense. Good customer service! Received them recently. I have worked with them twice and I am satisfied with the product. JLabs has done a good job on this issue. FYI, make sure you dry the charging contacts before putting them back in the charging case. I was strict with the first sentence. Update a year later: I have no experience with other truly wireless headphones to compare. Like I said, I was very happy with this product. I am a runner and only use them when running. They continued to produce a sound quality that I'm still very happy with. Sweat, rain don't seem to bother me at all. Reliable product that I would recommend a few months after the original appointment. Something that can no longer be said of many products these days.
