Got this little 4 lb demon for Christmas last year and mainly use it to power my new 8 lb Fiskars ISO core splitter when splitting hard logs. After a fairly aggressive blow, the hammer head broke off the handle. The head never came off, it just slipped along the handle. I immediately stopped, took a picture, filled out the Fiskars online guarantee and went back to cutting. The next day I got a call from Fiskars asking me to send the faulty hammer in for quality control and they immediately sent a new one. Great hammer, great customer support and I'm back in business. I am strict with my tools and Fiskars stands behind their products.
