Do not buy! No surge protection. USB ports are weak. Two outlets are too close together.

USB ports don't work. The extension cord has hardly been used since purchase. Yesterday I took it out of the closet to plug in my laptop and phone and found that both USB ports weren't working. And there's not even a reset button on the surge protector. In fact, the following information says nothing about it being a surge protector. Someone here mentioned that this is not a genuine GE product and I suspect so too.
