Just received but very happy so far!
The packaging was great including a nice thank you card and a warranty card. They seem to care about customer service. The keyboard looks great, feels very solid, stays on the desk and works well. Connected to my Lenovo laptop immediately. I can't rate the battery life yet, but if anything becomes an issue I'll adjust my rating accordingly. So far I'm impressed!
