Review on Sony SLVD560P DVD VCR Combo by Rob Allen

The block itself technically works but I'm not very impressed. The user interface is terrible in its complexity, which is unusual for Sony products. You have to press the buttons on the remote too hard for them to actually respond, which is half the problem. The manual is too succinct, missing pages for settings that are probably quite common, so you'll have to guess instead. Sony WEGA 24 inch TV (I bought this set to match the TV). however, refuse to recognize that such a problem represents a "failure" on their part. I ended up narrowing the problem down to a cheap coaxial cable supplied by Sony but I didn't have a composite cable, replace, because Sony chose not to supply it, although other VCRs do. Maybe if there is an SLVD570P. , it gets better. If not, then I wouldn't waste your time.
