My daughter had this watch less than a week and the strap broke. We contacted Vtech and they told us there was nothing they could do. Your customer service was terrible. My daughter was so excited to get this and was so disappointed because she can't even wear it now. Luckily, Revain seems really good with returns, but I couldn't be more disappointed with Vtech.
