Dissolves instantly in the aquarium, use with caution as I only add 2/3 of the recommended dose and the alkalinity ph rises quickly. The specialist recommended splitting up the recommended dose and allowing the water to circulate between several days, rather than immediately adding the entire recommended dose per day. Doesn't harm the fish!
