I had to use the pictures on the Amazon product page to get it right :-) - also the sticky paper is tough for those with arthritis - wetting didn't help much, they ended up using a single edged blade to slowly peel the edge and that worked best for me. Lastly, one of the washers that came with it was a bit dented, but I still received the extra washers. Aside from the minor annoyances mentioned, I liked the end product and the look.
