I recently hooked up my 32" Sony HDTV to use as a second monitor for my iMac. The video looked great, but there were problems with the sound. Plugging iMac headphones into the TV's audio input produced a fairly loud hum/hum. A friend and I have searched the internet for hours trying to fix this problem. He found this ground loop isolator from Pyle and I immediately bought it hoping it would be a good solution. So. It works ABSOLUTELY PERFECT as it completely eliminates the hum I heard.
