Review on 🐶 Pet Union PT0Z1 Premium Dog Training Shock Collar: Fully Waterproof with 1200ft Range by Richard Counts

I have a VERY stubborn leopard dog Catahoula, barely 1 year old that we recently rescued from a shelter after the death of my older Doberman. Catahoulas are hunting dogs, and he's a pro at it! I also have a cat and 5 VERY expensive (and beloved!) parrots. Not a very good mix with a born hunter! Needless to say, it was pure CHAOS when it first appeared. To the point that I seriously doubted he could become a family member! We took him to obedience school. A small improvement. As much as I cringe when using a shock collar on a dog. I was desperately trying to find a way to protect my other pets and keep him "in check" for lack of better words. That's why I bought this collar. Even though he is a very strong and energetic dog I have NEVER had to electroshock him or even vibrate him! Wonderful. TONE is enough to get him out of the subpoena thinking zone. Even if we go for a walk and he warns of a squirrel or a rabbit. One click on the noise and he goes ahead and ignores it. Now the cat can walk past him. Parrots can be on the roost and he pays no attention to them. Wonderful! He doesn't even have to wear a collar. When he sees the remote control in my hand, he will be the perfect angel. lol. I have 2 friends who have used other (more expensive) collars on their dogs without success. I let them borrow mine to try and they ordered one of these within days! One of them is a Doberman pinscher chasing people along the fence line. She uses a lower shock level on them, but it helped! This Doberman also had behavioral problems while driving. NO LONGER! Back then my sister spent a fortune on batteries with her puppy Vesti! Every 2-3 days she had to change them. Yes, her pup is a wild child! When she heard that this collar only needs to be plugged in to charge and no new batteries, she was thrilled. Not only was this collar half the price of what she bought, but she would also save a small fortune on batteries! We are 3 VERY happy owners of this collar and would give it much more than 5 stars if possible! I firmly believe that if they tried this collar, far fewer dogs would be abandoned or taken to shelters by owners because they couldn't control/train them! It really is SO good for success in so many different areas of behavior problems! We can't thank you enough as this collar has kept my cat and parrots safe and made "Ricky" a very spoiled, well behaved and VERY loved permanent member of our family!
