The phone is just incredibly sluggish for a 9A with 2GB of Memory. Moreover, the Memory scarcity is felt more acutely as ROM gets smaller. A fingerprint scanner, a camera, a drop, and a ton of extra pre-installed material could all be overlooked if there was at least 3GB of Memory. In general, it's OK if you have a very tight budget and require a device for making calls and accessing basic services like banks and shops.
