Review on 🔊 SAMSUNG HW-Q950A Black 11.1.4ch Soundbar with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X and Built-in Alexa (2021) by Maria Fukushima

Initially, the subwoofer and satellite speakers did not match. After spending way too much time with Revain's tech support, it's clear the tech doesn't seem to know what a soundbar is. He directed me to Echo Cube support and eventually I got a Samsung tech support number and they were able to help but it took forever. In general, there was a lot of trial and error. However, the Samsung representative was very professional and helpful. Having solved most of the issues, I was looking forward to the amazing sound I had come to expect from a top-of-the-line soundbar. Unfortunately, the sound is disappointing. To be honest the vocals were very clear and some of the bass was great. However, it lacked the full theatrical sound one would expect from a high-end soundbar. The display is at the top of the soundbar, the smart things app controls only some of the functions. A company like Samsung really should deliver the best sound, design and quality.
