This is way, way better than the "bald guy". The surface is a bit smaller, but they fit my hand perfectly. I also like that there is a central core (the blue area in the image) that separates the erasers. This extends the life of the eraser because you don't compress the whole thing when you use it. My only regret is that I didn't find out sooner! Oh yes, and the price is great. Farewell, baldhead.
