Keane makes great shoes. I always bought my kids shoes for summer hikes and river walks. They are of excellent quality and durable. They are also very cute with all colors. We like them for the river because they can be worn while walking and also in the water for rocky banks. They dry easily, so if you wear them on a hike or cross a creek, you won't have wet feet all day long. They are very versatile and my daughter wears them most of the time while playing outside. We live on 5 acres of varied terrain and she is always on the lookout. She prefers them to tennis shoes because she says they keep her feet cooler. She is 6 years old and they are perfect for her. They fit great and hold up great.
