Product is extremely cheap and not durable at all. It was difficult to put the sides in and they did not fit correctly. The Velcro would not close properly. Also, it did not attach to my bike properly either. I followed the instructions and it still sagged. It sagged even more when I put my 5 pound Yorkie Poo in it. And It was also VERY uncomfortable trying to wear it as a backpack. And that's not all. I did not receive the rain cover for the item that I paid full price for, and the seller refused to send me the missing piece. That was my whole entire reason choosing this carrier as opposed to all the other similar carriers on Walmart. When I told the seller this, they once again refused to send me the missing part even though it was their mistake. Horrible customer service and HORRIBLE PRODUCT! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMENDED.
