So beautiful sliding gates. I LOVE how easy it is to open and close. Wide and durable! It comes with instructions for wall mounting. My only issue is that you have to use a drill to install it. So if you don't have one, be prepared to have problems or problems installing it. If you are getting this to keep your little puppy or cat in one place, this is NOT suitable for that as there is enough space on the bottom for them to crawl under. Sure, a cat can just jump across if they want to, but if you think that'll keep them in check, it won't. If you have a cat that likes to scratch things, this can be an issue as the screen isn't scratch resistant. My cat has tried 3 times since I posted this and I'm glad I got her every time. If you have a child who is learning to stand, be very careful not to leave them alone. If you try to stand up using the trellis as an aid, your child will only fall off their back, so please keep an eye on them. Opening the gate quickly will cause the screen below to twitch. This has happened 2 times since I installed it so I have to teach everyone not to close it without going through. Otherwise it's a very good goal and I don't prefer wood or metal. We have them and I hate them. It works exactly how I wanted it to, so I'm very satisfied. Because of the disadvantages mentioned above, I give it 4 stars. If everything suits you, this gate will satisfy your needs.
