Ice cream mass with an initial volume of 800 ml was prepared in 20-25 minutes. Part of the ice cream (a lot) freezes on the walls of the bowl. From cream 20% and milk (2 to 1), the consistency is obtained as soft ice cream, it melts quickly. Bowl height 14.5 cm.
