I really like this product. A few years ago I dislocated and bruised my left elbow, which required reconstructive surgery and a screw to stabilize the joint. When all of this was done and I refused the custom brace that the doctors asked me to do for several months, I still felt I needed extra support, so I got it. I love how easy it is to put on and how it restricts any movement at the touch of a button. I use this almost every time I lift. I don't know if I need it, but it definitely helps me feel more confident. I also play on the days when my elbow hurts a lot, even though years have passed since the injury. It is easy to wear at home and worn over clothing when necessary. I have to tighten the straps a lot to keep them from slipping off my arm so I added a sticky velcro strap to keep the excess fabric from hanging around while I'm wearing it and that seems to have helped. a lot of.
