Locking mechanism not very strong, also wish the shoulder straps were wider or had a neoprene valve to improve circulation. But otherwise great and the only thing that is really comparable in this price range.

I'm stretched out (overextended) as hell over my elbow. This is often due to my age and the daily workload. I used to go to the doctor, give myself injections and wait a week. Now if I hurt my elbow again, I put this thing on, adjust it so my elbow can only extend to about 170° and flex to about 100°, and voila! I returned to work.

Just had elbow surgery and was taking pain meds because I couldn't stabilize my elbow with a bandage, but after putting on the elbow brace I've been able to limit my movements and relieve my pain. Highly recommended. Also very comfortable! Perfect price composition. FYI: They cut the strap to make it shorter to make it tighter. Read the instructions. The lady who gave 3 stars didn't read this. Luckily I didn't listen to her.

I have tried everything to make this brace work. My doctor offered one of his supplies. I thought I could get one cheaper online because I haven't completed my deductible yet. Part of the elbow joint did not remain strong and continued to pop out of the orthosis as a percentage of allowable movement. Adjustability was good in both size and length of the ulna and radius. At first I could barely move my arm, but the brace wasn't good enough to hold my arm securely. I do not recommend this stand…

The only issue that kept it from getting 5 stars was the rod that makes up the handle. The steering wheel is not comfortable and not ergonomic for the hand. I went to the hardware store and bought a 1/2" piece of foam insulation. I cut a 6" piece and wrapped it around the handle. This made the grip much more comfortable. Care should be taken to use a rubber grip around this flat metal rod. Even if it costs five dollars more for the product, the convenience is worth it.

I ordered this because I had tennis elbow pain and I felt my joint was swollen and sore. I wore this brace for two nights and my arm feels so relaxed and pain free. I recommend this product before going to the doctor for an examination. I'd rather spend money on something that will fix itself than go to the doctor for meds and radiation you don't need. I really like this product. A few years ago I dislocated and bruised my left elbow, which required reconstructive surgery and a screw to stabilize the joint. When all of this was done and I refused the custom brace that the doctors asked me to do for several months, I still felt I needed extra support, so I got it. I love how easy it is to put on and how it restricts any movement at the touch of a button. I use this almost every time I lift. I don't know if I need it, but it definitely helps me
