So I was struggling with discolored toenails and on top of that I had a foot injury which resulted in the loss of the nail and it started to grow back and discolor. Not good. I have tried all sorts of topical products and absolutely nothing has worked. This product lets you see how it works. I apply it to the nail fairly firmly and I apply it a little outside the nail bed just to touch the skin so you have something to grab onto when you peel off a layer of the product later - sometimes is it difficult to get it off. unless. I also recommend leaving the layer on for at least 24 hours. It doesn't move or come off when you're wearing socks and shoes, or even take a shower (although I'd also recommend applying it after a shower to soften the nail a bit). So it sticks really well and when you take it off you see bits of the infected nail come off with it (totally disgusting but not painful or anything). This is the first product that helped me get my nails back to normal. Highly recommended.
