This camera was one of the best I've ever bought! It didn't disappoint. We needed this for a customer who didn't want to spend a lot of money on overpriced systems. TonTon cameras have helped me a lot so far. Here's my take on the pros and cons. Pros: Night vision works as promised, excellent video quality in low light. The style and design of the chambers. There are 4 of these in this set, but I could order a set of 8. The cameras are powerful. Well built to keep insects out, water and moisture resistant construction all round. They are well suited for outdoor installation. It's a good idea to mount the wireless antenna on top. We also purchased extension antennas that can replace the standard antenna for multiple cameras that need to be installed remotely from the NVR base. The extension antennas helped us and worked well. You just need to connect the power cord. The cameras are paired with the NVR at the factory, so less setup is required. When it's set up to be used remotely over the Internet, connect it to a router. When installing for local use without remote access to the system, all that is required is a connected monitor. Setup is surprisingly easy. Everything you need is included. Only need one monitor to watch the video. High quality 1TB hard drive included. This will give you about 2 or 3 weeks of moving video before refining the footage. Cons: The included camera software needs improvement. It gets shaky at times when it's not showing real-time camera activity on your phone's screen. However, if you quit and restart the program, it will be deleted. However, I notice that the video is actually recorded. Overall a great system. My next setup calls for an 8 camera system. I could just get TonTon back.
