I wish it was cotton as per the description but it is obviously mislabeled. There are a few things I do not like about this dress/ love this tunic The colors are stunning and vibrant 2. This is a great length to wear as a short dress or tunic over skinny jeans or leggings 3. The neckline is flattering, definitely NOT cotton which makes me sweat in summer , it doesn't breathe like cotton and I wouldn't buy it unless it's labeled correctly At least one or two sizes that it fits in. My measurements are 37" bust, 27" waist and 37" hips medium It fits very well I'm Prik Repil picture of the label The hat says 97% cotton 3% elastane Unfortunately it doesn't so it will be back.
