My cat didn't react at all. However, my cat is old and may not smell as good as your cat or dog. However, this might work for your cat or dog. But if they are older and/or have a weakened sense of smell, I daresay this may not work for them. I will say that the ingredients are natural and I wholeheartedly support any company that does not use synthetic chemicals. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. Also, my cat is old and can't test it on a younger cat. Or a dog.
