I like how easy it was for me to put together my database of patients! It really saved us time by not having to manually enter patient information into our own system. At first there were issues when we had no idea what user ID's did or didn't work but once you get everything setup properly that issue goes away. We are able to use this program from anywhere around the world without any problems at all. The main benefit in using this over other programs available online out their seems to be very little downtime compared to others because their servers seem more stable than ours.
