The user interface is easy to use and the customer service is brilliant. I think Preno has the best customer service out of any of the competitors. Our manager has been able to use the system to add new properties, set up and run reports, etc. It has been a long time since we have used a competitor to Preno. I think that Preno is the best out there for hotels and it is also the most user friendly. It is an excellent system to use for any business that is looking to manage their properties. There are not many problems with the system. We are looking forward to seeing the new features that Preno releases. I would recommend Preno to anyone who is looking for a good hotel management system. We are able to track our properties on a daily basis and we can also do all of the reporting that we need.
