Good price but missing parts

I gave 2 stars because the H on the banner was missing so I had to put together a sign saying 'Happy Birthday' because I don't say happy could birthday birth. good thickness in good colors just didn't have an H so it was a bummer. UPDATE I was upgraded to a 4 star rating because their customer service team contacted me to fix the error. They were very nice and did everything they could to fix it.
