The item fell apart during assembly. No diagram returned to installation

Bought from reviews; especially the one that mentions how easy it is to put on. The problem is that it fell apart when I put it back together and I don't know how to put it back together. Mainly because there are no diagrams or instructions anywhere; not with the product and also not online. So I'm stuck without a shower waiting for an answer from the company on how to put it back together. I'm not sure why it would be so difficult for them to have an instruction manual either included in the box (there isn't one) or have something online that you can download that would help in cases like this. It really isn't. has the meaning.
