Made in China. Not good quality.
I ordered two of these in different colors to replace my toddler's old favorites which were a similar design but had smaller heads in the previous design (the previous design is preferable as it fits better to the hands of my baby). . The product is made in China. The workmanship is quite poor, for example there were stains in the finish. The muslin fabric also looks inferior and a bit fluffy. The earlier models were of better quality. I have contacted the seller to provide feedback on the cut mileage, but no attempt has been made to restore service.
